At DigitalMediaFox, we strive to maintain transparency & ensure fairness in all our dealings. This refund policy outlines the terms & conditions regarding refunds for projects and services provided by DigitalMediaFox.
1. Resource Utilization
– If resources, including tools, personnel, or any other assets, have been utilized for a project, the client is not eligible for a refund for those hours or days of work. Resource usage is deemed a confirmation of service delivery and value provided.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
– If the client cancels the project at any stage after commencement, they will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Advance Notice for Cancellation
– If a client wishes to cancel a project, they are required to provide a minimum of 15 days’ written notice before the intended cancellation date. Failure to provide this notice will render any refund claims invalid.
Important Notes
– Refunds are not applicable for completed phases or milestones of a project.
– In case of disputes, DigitalMediaFox reserves the right to evaluate the circumstances and provide a resolution at its discretion.
– By initiating a project or making a payment, the client agrees to this refund policy.
4. Resource Utilization and Non-Refund Policy
In the event that the Client engages resources provided by the Service Provider for a specific project, the Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider based on the total hours worked by the allocated resources on the project, as recorded and invoiced by the Service Provider. The Client acknowledges and agrees that payment is due for the hours utilized, regardless of the project outcome or completion status.
Furthermore, payments made for resource hours utilized are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to project cancellation, changes in scope, or dissatisfaction with the work product.
How to Request a Cancellation
Clients must inform us in writing at support@digitalmediafox.com about their intent to cancel a project. The communication must include:
– Client name and contact details.
– Project details.
– Reason for cancellation.
